Half-day hands-on workshop to introduce OTs and other healthcare practitioners to learn:

  • Application of digital fabrication tools 
  • Introduction to thermoforming techniques and material properties
  • Showcase and Case studies of Opensource products and other 3d printable assistive devices for ADL and similar
  • How to create customisable assistive devices like orthotics, splints, prostheses and similar
  • Introduction to Design thinking (applied to OT and ADL context)
  • How to make things that make sense. Take home a customised 3D printed assistive device
